I have very studiously been trying to learn some new tricks. It is not going that well.
I have been trying to get into Dragon Naturally Speaking voice software to type my emails, for various reasons. One more good reason is the new Siri that is on the Iphone now. It still appears to take me twice as long as to type it if not longer going back or stopping to correct all the mistakes I made. It probably does not help that a lot of the talking I do has weird names for yachts like MIMBAW and MAROLANGA....
I have also been trying to use the Bamboo Wacom tablet for editing my pictures, with about the same results...
I also know that once I go back to the islands, if I am not comfortable with them by then, I will have no time and they will be put away for another year. We are packing up the last boxes to ship to the islands, and starting to feel time drain through the hourglass.
Getting quite excited to get back on the boat and into the water again, but also thinking it will take awhile to adjust to the humidity and work! Also had good news this weekend as my oldest son Chad, is coming down to the islands to do the boat shows at the beginning of November.....and I might be able to talk him into helping get the boat back together too...
Ah well, I know I have work to do...
