First day of an Adventurous Wench charter in the BVI
Off we went again! Back out on charter...With another Adventurous Wench Group this week! We picked up three at the marina...
and then one more came in on the ferry from St thomas, so a small group for us this week, but it looks like fun!
We lunched and did head lessons and all that fun stuff, before taking a sail over to Salt Island. I was absolutely shocked as there were a few boats in "our" anchorage! That will teach me to blog about things!!!! It was 5 by the time we arrived, so the ladies went for a short walk before dinner.
Cocktails were had, we watched the sunset, although there is a lot of grey hazy sky around tonight.....
We all enjoyed dinner (and probably ate too much!)
Bazza is looking very studious tonight. Always working on something he is. Funny story, Simeon had to go to Barbados over the last few days to get his US Visa, and went into a store there to get a beard trimmer and came out with a laptop! Beard trimmer, laptop, yep, I see the resemblence! Said he was knocked over by a bus there, did a tuck and roll and apologized to the bus, saying it was his fault. No injuries, which is good as he might not be able to work otherwise!!!!
This is our new granddaughter (again, get used to it!) and our daughter in law Karen....
She had her first bath and I think in this picture she was not too sure what to make of it! I have gotten so many well wishes from people both on my blog and by email on being grandparents, I feel like I accomplished something major! Actually, I like this way, I don't have to go through the pain of childbirth.
She had a tube in her nose last night to make sure she was getting enough food, but it came out today which is good.
