It is just a plain fact that some yachts are more "family friendly" then other yachts. This could be because the owners restrict the age of the children coming on, because the yacht caters to younger members with more toys and activities, or just because younger members are safer on some yachts then others! Some boats offer "child" discounts and not only have a special preference sheet for children, but also offer special activities. It is important to remember though, that no matter which yacht you choose, to remember that the crew are NOT babysitters, even though they spend a lot of time with the children and you will be responsible for taking care of your own children. It makes sense that the more toys a boat has, the easier it is to keep children entertained. You also do not want to be worried about a crew who is hovering as little Joey may put a glass down on the table!
