1981 Ivor Jackson report on the Pleasure Boat industry in the BVI with emphasis on Charters. This is a interesting read and has quite a bit of trivia when comparing how things have or, have not changed in the industry here. Interesting, they were sending alarm bells on the amount of boats in the territory and using anchorages way back then.
